| | Bob has been Director and Chief Executive Officer of Davis + Henderson since January 1, 2006 and was Co-CEO from April 22, 2004 until December 31, 2005. Prior to April 22, 2004, he was President and Chief Operating Officer. Prior to joining Davis + Henderson in 1996, he held senior management roles with SHL Systemhouse Inc and Integrated Networks Services Inc. Bob is a Commerce graduate from Queens University. |
Gerrard Schmid
President and Chief Operating Officer
| | Gerrard was appointed President & COO of Davis + Henderson in July 2009. He originally joined Davis + Henderson in 2007 as President & CEO of our Filogix Division. Prior to joining Davis + Henderson, he was head of the deposits and overdraft lender business of Lloyds TSB Bank in the UK. Before moving to the UK, Gerrard was Chief Operating Officer of CIBC's retail bank where he was responsible for Telephone Banking and Internet Channels, Sales Automation technologies, Operational Risk and several other functions. He also has several years of experience at McKinsey and Company where he worked on strategic initiatives in North America, Europe and Asia with a primary focus of financial services and e-commerce. Gerrard was recognized as one of Canada's top 40 under 40 in 2002 and has a Masters degree in Aerospace Engineering and a Bachelors degree in Aeronautical Engineering. |
Brian Kyle
Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer
| | Brian joined Davis + Henderson in July 2009 and brings with him over twenty years of finance experience working with companies such as Ernst & Young Chartered Accountants, Price Waterhouse Chartered Accountants, Cott Corporation, CAE Inc. and most recently Vice President and CFO for Teranet Income Fund. Brian’s educational background includes an MBA from Queens University and an Honorary Doctorate of Laws from the University of Windsor. Brian is also a Certified Management Accountant (CMA). |
Chad Alderson

| | Chad joined Davis + Henderson in early 2001. He has a strong securities and technology background in the Financial Services Industry. Prior to joining Davis + Henderson he was Managing Director and Chief Operating Officer at SVC O’Donnell Mutual Funds. |
Yves Denommé
Executive Vice President, Operations
| | Yves joined Davis + Henderson in 2000. He has held key positions in manufacturing, engineering, and supply chain management with organizations such as Kraft and Procter & Gamble. Yves was promoted from Director of Technical Operations to Vice President, Operations in April 2002. |
Judy Dinn
Executive Vice President, Application Solutions
| | Judy has twelve years of information technology experience and nine years of financial services experience. She originally joined Davis + Henderson in our Filogix division and previously was with CIBC where she was the VP of Retail Branch Banking, Wealth Management and Offshore & Mutual Fund Administration. In this position she managed five different business units across various geographical regions (Canada, Cayman, Bahamas) and was responsible for developing and supporting technologies with over 20,000 users. Prior to her position at CIBC, Judy held various positions at Siebel Systems, Bank of Montreal and Deloitte & Touche Consulting Group. |
Suzanne Mandrozos
Executive Vice President, Human Resources
| | Joining Davis + Henderson in 1983, Suzanne has gained an in-depth knowledge of the business by holding several management positions during her tenure. Suzanne was promoted from Manager of Human Resources to Vice President, Human Resources in January 1998. |
Greg McIntosh
Executive Vice President, Credit Solutions
| | Greg was President and CFO of Cyence International Inc., acquired by Davis + Henderson in 2008. He brings his experience in evolving a business from an entrepreneurial start-up to an industry leader in its domain. Prior to joining Cyence, Greg served as Vice President of Investment Banking for CIT and prior to that, as a Senior Accountant at KPMG. Greg is currently a member of the Equipment Leasing and Finance Association's Future Leasing Leaders Network. A Chartered Accountant, Greg also holds a Bachelor of Mathematics and a Masters in Accounting from the University of Waterloo. |
Serge Rivest
Executive Vice President, Sales & Marketing
| | Serge joined Davis + Henderson in 1984 as Sales Manager in our Montreal office. He was promoted to Vice President of Sales in March 2000 and added Marketing responsibilities to his mandate the following year. |
